Love, Kat, & Jay were recommended by our coordinator; they noticed how my hubby was into jewelry, and they immediately recommended Love, Kat & Jay.
They design your rings based on your love story, so very personalized, and unique, and they will really represent you as a couple.
They (Kat & Jay) will first meet you for a sit-down interview, parang more of kwentuhan lang actually; they will first get to know how you are as a couple, what’s your story, what makes your love special and stuff; we enjoyed this part the most, our “kwentuhan” lasted for more than two hours. After that, they will present three different designs, all of which are based sa love story niyo; each design has a name and a story behind it.
Once you’ve picked a design, that’s when they’ll start making your rings, and very collaborative sila sa process, they’ll ask you what materials you want to use, but will also recommend what will work best for the design you chose. I really wanted a light pink diamond for my wedding ring, and nag effort talaga din sila to find one even if they had to import it pa.
As for our wedding bands, it’s named “In plain sight”, based on our own love story, and the diamonds on both our rings are arranged in a pattern representing our wedding date, 12.02.2021. Hubby’s ring also has his birthstone (placed on the inner side of the ring).
We loved the idea of storytelling jewelry so much that we also decided to have them make the jewelry that we will be using for the wedding na rin and necklaces for our moms as we wanted to gift them something special that would remind them of our wedding day.
They made a necklace for me, and they just didn’t make any necklace, I asked them if possible na they design the necklace as a ring holder as well (I work in a vet clinic, so I can’t use my ring all the time, I usually wear it as a pendant) and they did more than what I asked for. They made the necklace a three-way necklace, it came with 3 interchangeable pendants (a monogram of our initials, my birthstone (to match the birthstone in my husband’s wedding ring, and the ring holder –> which you can wear separately or mixed depending on you).
