What is a Storytelling Jewelry?

A Storytelling Jewelry is a custom wearable art (produced as a ring, necklace, bracelet, or earring), intentionally designed by our team to celebrate and carry your life and love story.

How much are Storytelling Rings?

Storytelling Ring prices are primarily based on your ring size and desired purity. Final pricing may vary depending on your chosen design and specifications.

I'd love to have a custom piece designed. How can I get one made?

You can reach out to us through the ‘Talk to Us’ page or fill out the form on the ‘Co-create with Us’ button. A representative will then contact you to guide you through the process and discuss the production timeline.

How long does your design and production process take?

Our standard lead time is 3 months before the target turnover for all custom-designed pieces, 2 months for classic bands, and 1 day for ready-to-wear pieces.

Please note that due to the intricacy of our customization process, we have a limited capacity for pieces each month. We recommend booking early to secure a slot during your preferred working month.

What are your modes of payment?

We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer through our BDO or BPI accounts, Check, and Credit Card through a BDO online payment link. BDO credit card holders can also opt for the Buy Now, Pay Later installment plan.

What materials do you use?

We produce our fine jewelry pieces using 14kt and 18kt gold that meets international purity standards, along with gemstones and diamonds.

Do you have GIA certified stones?

Yes, we offer stones certified by GIA and IGI. We work with both natural and lab-grown gemstones and diamonds, providing laboratory certification for stones of 0.30ct and above.

Do you accept redesigning and repurposing services using our old gold?

Yes, we offer redesigning and repurposing services using both new and old gold in 14kt and higher purities. For old gold jewelry, it’s best to have our team assess its viability before proceeding with melting and redesigning.

Do you accept resizing or repair?

Yes, we offer resizing, repair, resetting, and retipping services for any jewelry in 14kt gold and above. However, before we proceed, our team will carefully assess your piece to recommend the best approach for your desired service.

Do you offer warranties and lifetime services?

Yes, we offer lifetime cleaning, 1-year free check-up and 1-week minor repair service (from date of turn-over) for all LKJ custom-designed pieces. We also provide one-time free resizing for all custom-designed engagement rings and 1-time stone replacement for select products.

What are your shipping and delivery options?

We offer both local and international insured shipping. The shipping rates cover the delivery from Manila to the recipient’s location but do not include local duties and taxes at the recipient’s end. Shipping is available to countries that do not prohibit the import of fine gold jewelry products.

How do I maintain the quality of my jewelry?

To care for fine gold jewelry, regularly clean it with warm water, a polishing cloth and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and cosmetics that can dull its shine. Remove jewelry during physical activities at the gym, pool, or beach. Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches, and away from direct sunlight and humidity. Regularly bring your jewelry for professional inspection for loose stones or wear to help catch issues early and maintain its longevity.
